One career that gains such is Social Work. Van Nijnatten (2006) explains that social workers aim to enhance peoples ability to care for themselves and to promote their participation in the social process. A successful social worker has a broad knowledge of various organizational and networking system s that provide services and birth to the varying needs of the client. On top of this is a vast understanding of the inner workings of a client how he may think of his maculation and how he feels about it especially in times of crisis.
